Mission Statement
The mission of the District 5 Medical Examiner's Office is to fulfill the community needs outlined in FL Statutes (Sec 406), and to be of service to families of the deceased and to government agencies in the counties falling under the jurisdiction of Florida District 5 in death investigations.

OFFICE HOURS
Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM
Weekend/Holiday Hours: The front office is staffed by on-call investigators between the hours of 8:00AM - 2:00PM. Due to their on-call status, the investigators may not be immediately available to answer telephone calls. There is an option to leave a message and all calls will be returned as soon as the investigator is available.
